Toxdorem Product Shipping & Delivery Policy

To help you clearly understand order fulfillment and shipping, we have established this Shipping & Delivery Policy, which covers delivery times, shipping fees, and shipping methods. 1. Delivery Time
Orders with available stock are generally shipped within 1–2 business days after placing the order (excluding weekends and holidays). Typical delivery time is 5–7 business days, though actual shipping time may vary due to multiple factors, including but not limited to customer requests, factory production schedules, holidays, weather conditions, and other uncontrollable circumstances. Delivery may be delayed accordingly, and we appreciate your understanding.
Orders can be edited or modified within 12 hours of placement. After 12 hours, orders will enter the fulfillment process and cannot be edited or modified, so please ensure all order details are correct before placing your order.
2. Shipping Fees
We provide free shipping for all products within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. No additional shipping fees are required.
The following regions do not qualify for free shipping, and shipping costs must be borne by the customer: Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, and P.O. boxes.
3. Shipping Methods
We cooperate with UPS, FedEx, and USPS to deliver orders within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
Please provide a correct, accurate, and complete shipping address when placing your order. If your address is incorrect, incomplete, or contains errors, resulting in failed delivery or the need for redelivery, any additional shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you the tracking number via email, allowing you to track the package status and estimated delivery time.
4. Delivery Instructions
All packages are shipped by default with “no signature required”. Packages will be left at your provided delivery address (e.g., front door, locker, etc.).
If you require signature confirmation, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours after placing your order. We will assist you in requesting FedEx signature service, ensuring that packages can only be signed for by you or an authorized recipient, to protect the safety of your delivery.
