Toxdorem Product Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Toxdorem products! We operate a full range of products in the United States. To protect your legal rights and standardize the return and exchange process, we have established this return and exchange policy. Please read it carefully. 1. Basic Cancellation and Return Policy

To cancel or return an order successfully, you must obtain written approval from Toxdorem. Please send an email to service@mail.toxdorem.com to request approval. Any cancellation request without approval will be denied, and the order will continue to be processed. Any product returned without our written consent will be refused and sent back to you, and all associated costs will be your responsibility.

2. Product Inspection and Defect Period

Please carefully inspect your products within 14 days of receiving your package. If you notice minor defects, light stains, or other issues, contact us immediately so we can provide further assistance. If the inspection period exceeds 14 days, any defects or stains will be considered as caused during your use, and we will no longer be responsible.

3. Cancellation and Return Rules by Stage

(A) Cancellation before shipping label creation
For orders placed but not yet labeled for shipment, a full refund will be issued with no handling fees if you request cancellation.

(B) Cancellation before order shipment (shipping label created)
If a shipping label has been created but the order has not been shipped, a 10% restocking fee will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

(C) Cancellation after order shipment
Once the order has shipped, it cannot be intercepted in transit. You may choose to refuse delivery when the package arrives or sign for the package first and then contact us to obtain a return shipping label. After the package is returned to our designated address and verified, we will process the refund and charge a 20% restocking fee.

(D) Cancellation after delivery (unopened package)
If the package is delivered within 14 calendar days, and you wish to cancel the order with the package unopened, please contact us and provide photo and video evidence of the unopened package. After written approval, you must return the complete package via the original carrier. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. After verification, we will charge a 20% restocking fee and refund the remaining amount.

(E) Post-use cancellation (non-quality reasons)
Within 30 calendar days after delivery, if you wish to cancel the order for non-quality reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size, dislike of the product, refusal of minor shipping damage compensation), contact us and provide photos and videos confirming the product and packaging are consistent with the original packaging to obtain prior return authorization. You must return the complete package via the original carrier, at your expense. Returns requested after 30 calendar days will not be accepted.

After the returned package is verified, we will process the refund and charge a 25% restocking fee.

4. Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned (including but not limited to):

Customized or special-order items

Used products or products with obvious signs of use

Except in extreme special cases, non-returnable products will not be accepted. For special requests, please contact us in advance for approval.

5. Refund Conditions and Exceptions

Generally, refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days after the returned package is received and inspected. If delays occur due to special circumstances, please contact us with relevant proof, and we will provide further instructions and assistance.

Important Note:
Do not refuse delivery of any FedEx/UPS package when processing a return. Please sign for the package first and obtain a return shipping label via our official email service@mail.toxdorem.com before returning any products.

Additional Notes:

Orders with available stock are generally shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Actual delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.

Orders can be edited or modified within 12 hours of placement.
